Ruling on eating at the house of one who works as a driver for a wine factory

I have a relative who works for a wine company as the driver of a truck delivering wine. My question is: is it permissible for me to visit my sister and eat at her house? Is it permissible for me to take money from him as a loan etc when he owns a building that he built with this income?.

Praise be to Allaah.

Visiting one’s brother is permissible and is upholding the ties of kinship. With regard to eating there, if your sister’s husband has no other income apart from this, then do not eat in your sister’s house, because it is a haraam income.

And Allaah is the Source of strength.
