If the alcohol in which perfume is dissolved is of a type that is poisonous, not intoxicating, is it permissible to use this perfume?

Praise be to Allaah.

I put this question to our Shaykh, al-Mufti al-‘Allaamah ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Baaz, who replied that it is permissible to use this as perfume, and there does not seem to be any reason not to do so. And Allaah knows best.
